Company Principles

Rosemary Regner
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Rose grew up in Florida where she earned her BS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Florida.  In 1990 she moved to Boise and spent 8 ½ years as an Electrical Engineering consultant for CH2M, a full-service construction and engineering firm.  In 1993, Rose decided the time was right to become her own boss and established R Squared Engineering.  Over the next 8 years Rose consulted with Architecture, Engineering and clients on their electrical engineering projects.  In 2001, Eric and Rose joined forces and the focus of R Squared turned to digital media.

Eric Regner
After receiving his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho in 1989, Eric worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Idaho Power. The use of 3D CAD software to aid him in his design work, and later the animation software to make those designs move, are the foundations of his career in using images to convey ideas. Eric has since developed his unique talent for blending technical information with creative solutions to solve a myriad of communication challenges for his clients. Eric is an Autodesk Certified Instructor in 3ds MAX and is currently finishing up his thesis on M.S.Ed., Educational Technology at Boise State University.
