Rosemary Regner, PE, Owner Degrees, Licenses and Certifications Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, University of Florida, 1986 Professional Engineering License, State of Idaho and Oregon, 1992 Disadvantaged Woman Owned Business Enterprise, Idaho Transportation Department Board Member of the Multimedia Advisory Committee for ITT Tech, Boise Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS) by National Court Reporters Association, 2005 Rosemary started her career with CH2M Hill, an international engineering consulting firm. She worked on many large industrial and municipal projects designing electrical power and control systems, regularly dealing with multi-million dollar contracts. In 1993 Rosemary started R Squared Engineering, providing specialty electrical power and control design services for medium sized civil engineering and architectural firms. She has extensive experience with Variable Frequency Drives, generators, water and waste water treatment plants and programming and installing site networked Program Logic Control (PLC) systems. In 2001 Rosemary changed the emphasis of her company to multimedia development, and changed the name to R Squared Digital Media. Eric joined that same year. R Squared Digital Media specializes in graphics and multimedia production for the AEC, litigation, and the education markets. R Squared’s work can be found in every elementary and high school in the state of Idaho. R Squared's litigation animation and graphics have been instrumental in settling or winning large cases for litigators around the Northwest United States.
Eric Regner, ACT, Principal Degrees and Certifications Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, University of Idaho, 1989 Masters of Science in Education Technology, Boise State University, 95% complete Autodesk Certified Trainer, 3ds Max Eric started his career as a Mechanical Engineer with Idaho Power Company, and after 7 years moved to a subsidiary of Idaho Power where he produced 3D animations, interactive CDs and websites for the marketing of substation control systems. After a few years, he was hired by a large advertising agency as multimedia director, in charge of web design, video production and 3D animation. Eric then joined R Squared Digital Media. He is the primary creator of 3D animations, and has years of experience in video production, interactive media, and DVD’s for litigation, education and engineering markets. Eric has also taught 3D modeling and animation (3DS MAX), Director, and Video Editing classes for ITT Tech Boise and he has developed custom video and DVD classes for Boise area businesses. Eric has developed 3D and multimedia curriculum for Pearson Custom Publishing, which is used in over 75 schools nationwide.
